Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases and hope to meet your expectations with every order, but we know that sometimes you can change your mind or occasionally things may go wrong. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines your rights and how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
The headings used in this Refunds & Returns Policy are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect this Refunds & Returns Policy.
Changed Your Mind
If you have changed your mind and no longer wish to have the item, you have a cooling-off period with the right to cancel your order for a refund providing you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Once you notify us of your intention to return an item, you then have up to an additional 14 days to actually return the item. The item will need to be returned to us in its original condition, with the order number and customer name clearly marked on the outer packaging. The value of the item will be credited to you within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note that the cost of return delivery will not be refunded in this case.
Certain products may not be eligible for returns, due to being perishable good or previously sealed items that are not suitable for return opened or unsealed due to health or hygiene reasons, such as opened essential oils, incense sticks, or diffusers once used.
We reserve the right to reduce the amount of money refunded due to diminished value for goods returned which show evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to see whether the goods are as expected.
Damaged, Faulty, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you are returning an item due to being damaged, faulty or defective, you are entitled to either a replacement or refund, including the original cost of delivery, providing you contact us of the fault or defect within 30 days of receiving your item.
Similarly, in the unfortunate event that an incorrect item has been received, you are entitled to either a replacement or refund, including the original cost of delivery, providing you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
Please include photographs of the damaged, faulty, defective or incorrect item(s) for our reference.
If you are returning an item to us due to being damaged, faulty or defective, or because you have received an incorrect item, we will also cover the cost of the return carriage of the item by issuing you with a shipping label or QR code.
Order Not Received
If you have not received your order, then please contact us. You do not need to place another order. Once your claim has been confirmed, a replacement order will be dispatched to you thereafter. We will cover the delivery cost and delivery of the replacement order will depend on location and will follow our standard delivery times.
Please allow 2 working days beyond the order due date before reporting a missing order.
Returns Process
Once you have informed us and your request has been logged, we will contact you to let you know the next steps, including the return instructions and address. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with instructions, as the return address will depend on our specific supplier and, if eligible, we will need to issue you with a shipping label or QR code.
